Terms of Service

1. Scope of Service

PiranhaLink provides IP transit, routing, network resource management, and related connectivity services to authorized customers.

All services are provided subject to availability, technical limitations, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Authorized Use

The Services may only be used for lawful business and operational purposes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any illegal activity under local, national, or international law
• Spam, unsolicited bulk email, or phishing campaigns
• Malware distribution, botnet activity, or command-and-control traffic
• Denial-of-service (DoS / DDoS) attacks
• Network intrusion, unauthorized access, or hacking attempts
• Hosting or transmitting illegal content
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive use of the network
• Copyright infringement or distribution of pirated content

Any abuse reports received from upstream providers, peers, data centers, or law enforcement may result in immediate suspension or termination of service.

3. Abuse and Illegal Activity Policy

PiranhaLink maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abuse and illegal activity.

If any assigned IP address, subnet, or service is found to be involved in abuse, malicious traffic, or unlawful conduct, PiranhaLink reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend routing or connectivity
• Null-route the affected IP addresses
• Remove BGP announcements
• Terminate the customer account without notice
• Cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities

Customers are solely responsible for all traffic originating from their assigned resources.

4. IP Address Allocation and Rental

All IP addresses, prefixes, autonomous system resources, and related network identifiers assigned by PiranhaLink are provided on a rental / lease basis only.

These resources:

• Remain the sole property or managed resource of PiranhaLink
• Are not sold, transferred, or permanently assigned to the customer
• Must be returned upon termination of service
• May not be reassigned, subleased, sold, or transferred without written authorization

The customer acknowledges that any IP address space provided by PiranhaLink constitutes a temporary right to use such addresses during the active service term. No ownership rights are transferred at any time.

5. Service Suspension and Termination

PiranhaLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Services at any time if these Terms are violated, if abuse is detected, or if continued service may place the network, upstream providers, or other customers at risk.

PiranhaLink may suspend or terminate service immediately if:

• Payment obligations are not met
• Abuse complaints are received
• Illegal activity is detected
• These Terms are violated
• The service threatens network integrity or reputation

Termination does not relieve the customer of any outstanding financial obligations.

6. Billing, Monthly Service Term, and Cancellation

All Services are provided on a monthly recurring billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing. Service fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.

If the customer cancels the Service before the end of the current billing cycle, the Service will remain active until the end of the paid billing period, after which it will be automatically terminated and will not renew for the following month.

No partial-month refunds or prorated credits will be issued unless otherwise required by law or explicitly agreed by PiranhaLink.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Securing their systems and infrastructure
• Preventing unauthorized use
• Monitoring traffic and abuse complaints
• Maintaining accurate contact information
• Responding promptly to abuse notices

Failure to respond to abuse notifications within a reasonable period may result in service suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

PiranhaLink shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including service interruptions, loss of profits, or loss of data.

Services are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties except where required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

PiranhaLink reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
